You can cancel your $299/month subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and no further charges occur.
If the service does not meet expectations within the first 14 days of your first paid month, email briefs@roizilla.com and we will refund that first month in full, no questions asked.
Payments for subsequent months are generally non-refundable, since the service is delivered continuously through the period. If something went wrong on our side — a service outage, a billing error — contact us and we will make it right, including a prorated credit or refund where appropriate.
One-time fees for scoped briefs are refundable until work begins. After work begins, refunds are assessed against delivered milestones.
Email briefs@roizilla.com from your account email with the subject "Refund". We respond within one business day and process approved refunds through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
